Home Renovation & Painting
Situated in Lake Wales, the project involved a comprehensive overhaul of an entire residence. A pivotal aspect of this renovation was the structural intervention required, as the house's beam support had been compromised by termite infestation, leading to instability and distortion. The initial challenge addressed was the replacement of all beam supports, rectifying the misalignment of the entire structure. Subsequently, the project delved into the intricate tasks of rewiring the entire house, replumbing, and installing a new air conditioning system. To execute these changes effectively, all walls were opened up, enabling not only the resolution of technical issues but also an opportunity for spatial enhancements. Notable modifications included the installation of a package door and the complete removal of a wall to introduce a novel open kitchen concept. As the project approached its conclusion, further transformative elements were integrated, such as a new roof, windows, doors, and an exterior stucco finish throughout the entire house. This ambitious undertaking spanned a duration of approximately three months, resulting in a thoroughly renovated and upgraded living space.
