Complete Home Renovation

Situated in Apopka, FL, this extensive project encompassed a comprehensive renovation of both the interior and exterior of the home. Upon acquiring the property, our initial observations, made prior to inspection, revealed a newly installed roof, yet the house necessitated rewiring, replumbing, and the installation of a new AC system. Notably, we reconfigured the positioning of the AC system and water heater, and redesigned the kitchen layout, altering the sink location and updating all kitchen equipment, including the electrical panel.

Throughout the renovation process, unexpected challenges surfaced, such as the need to replace the entire ducting of the AC system and install new grills to enhance air circulation throughout different areas of the house. Extensive renovations were also undertaken in both bathrooms, with a particular focus on the master bathroom where we relocated the sink and toilet. Unforeseen issues emerged with the windows, prompting their removal, resealing, and reinstallation to address leaks during rain.

Further enhancements included the installation of new front and back doors, repair of the sliding door, and the addition of a washer and dryer system. As an integral part of the project, we constructed closets in all rooms to optimize storage space. Exterior improvements involved closing the previously visible septic tank, renewing the backyard with the addition of rocks and new grass, and fixing the home's fence. A comprehensive painting initiative was undertaken, both internally and externally, culminating in the successful completion of the project within a six-month timeframe in 2023. Remarkably, the house's market value surged by an impressive 47% upon completion.
